Dr. Richard Swanson D.M.D. P.A. graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1985. Licensed to practice in Florida and the U.S. Virgin Islands, Dr. Swanson opened his office in Citrus County in 1992. Dr. Swanson is a member of the American Dental Association, the FDA International College of Oral Implantology, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Academy of Mini Implant Dentistry.

On a personal note, Dr. Swanson shares a passion for bluegrass music and has released 2 CDs with his family, The Swanson Family Bluegrass Band.
